The middle school concert band traveled to Murfreesboro yesterday to compete in the Middle Tennessee Band and Orchestra Associations Concert Performance Assessment. The band performed the Washington Post March and Corinthium for three judges and received a rating of Excellent. They also received a rating of Excellent in the sight reading room. This portion of the competition required the band to look over a new piece of music for five minutes and then perform it for the judges. This was an excellent opportunity for Ensworth students to show off their musical talents to people in the mid state area.
